What an approved preview may process
For one Case, MIRA may collect Discord activity and ModFlow records that the reviewer may access. It can send structured text, sanitized images, and captured public web material to OpenAI. ModFlow may retain source excerpts, hashes, coverage, reports, citations, review actions, model usage, costs, and errors.
| Safeguard | What it does not guarantee |
|---|---|
| Permission-scoped collection | Sources can still be incomplete, capped, unavailable, stale, or incorrectly interpreted. |
| Cited structured output | A citation does not make a generated claim true or complete. |
| OpenAI request uses store: false | This does not promise that the provider keeps no abuse-monitoring or legally required records. |
| Human review outcome | The reviewer must inspect sources and document an independent decision; MIRA cannot execute moderation. |
| Retry, cancel, budgets, and diagnostics | A successful provider response does not establish guilt, safety, or fitness for punishment. |
Correct generated or source errors
Generated findings can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. Reviewers must check the sources and correct the Case record when needed. The Privacy Policy explains how affected people can request access, correction, deletion, objection, or appeal. Discord and provider copies may need separate requests.
