Scorecards are off by default
Scorecards require Premium access and two rollout flags. Staff profiles and activity counts work separately and do not mean that a Scorecard exists.
Review a score as an internal evaluation record
| Safeguard | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Evidence and confidence thresholds | Avoid presenting missing or weak evidence as a reliable performance result. |
| Unavailable is not zero | Prevent missing data from being treated as poor performance. |
| Immutable snapshots | Preserve what was shown for later review and correction history. |
| Restricted visibility | Limit administrative notes, dimensions, and review outcomes to approved staff. |
| No automatic staff action | Prevent a score from directly changing roles, teams, assignments, promotion, or removal. |
